Parking position unknown!

Featured Replies

MySkoda app doesn't know where my car is all of a sudden. Has anyone else had this?

I'm definitely not in my car and it's definitely not moving!

Mine lost data connectivity today also. Probably again some issues with cubic telecom and roaming.

I don't think it's lost connection as it's reporting the consumption/range correctly.

The network that comes built-in uses infrastructure provided by EE. So if you are living anywhere outside of the centre of a city in the UK, you won't have enough signal coverage for that to work. I needed a minimum of 4G to get it working consistently.

Whenever I initially open myskoda app, it is always showing the same text “unavailable or moving”. Once clicking on the same parking position section witin the app it brings up a more detailed map with correct last location. After returning from detailed map view it is visulized correctly also under parking position.

Somesort of a glitch in the ios app.

Mine periodically does the same, but I leave it a few minutes and then it wakes and tells me the distance to my car is 0mi - which is encouraging, given that is in a the garage integral to the house!
