Front Splitter Install

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone could help me out.

Attempting to fit a splitter to my car but can't get this under engine cover/trim piece off.

I've removed 3 torx screws from the center and two screws each end near the wheels but those don't look to be attached to the panel.

When I try pull or bend the panel loose it flexes the whole front bumper and as seen in image two I'm not sure if it's actually clipped to the bumper?

Anyone removed this piece yet, bending it and trying to pull it out doesn't seem to work, seems very solidly attached.

Would this require removing the whole front bar?
