Morning/Afternoon/Evening all,

 

I'm new to the brand and I'm going to look at a Sportline Superb Estate this weekend hopefully providing it doesn't sell! It's a 2018 with 37k miles on it, is there anything besides the obvious which I need to look for/ask about whilst viewing it? 

 

I'm moving from a 3.0l Supercharged Jag XE so it's going to be quite the change but hopefully it'll be alright and everything I've read about the Superb has been... well, superb (cue me being banned for making a joke that's been made a thousand times before!)

 

I appreciate any advice you can give!

Is it an Auto? If so factor in DSG service at 40k miles. Brake fluid service at 3yrs old. Check coolant is clear. Where have you seen it?

It is an auto so that's a great shout about the DSG box, any ideas how much this would be privately if it's not been done yet? 

 

The car is in the West Midlands.

Actually… think that one sold. 

Think the DSG service is around £200 from Skoda.

It was a Wolverhampton but unfortunately it sold overnight (it wasn't you was it?! ) Oh well, the hunt continues.

No I already have one. Bought about 3 weeks ago. But did look at one in Wolverhampton. Was at the VW place, had had most of the side SMART repaired. I went to look at an Octavia VRS at the Skoda dealership... he did mention an estate Sportline that was being prepared... but was over budget for me.
