Hi!

 

I was just trying again massage seat function again but noticed the up and down part of the back isnt working so much anymore as i recall from 2 months ago.

The function in the back from pushing out and pulling in works just fine.

I can also hear the motors but looks like it lost it strength?

 

Anyone else who is experiencing this?

I am fairly confident you are the only person with massage seats around here.

He is not alone.  I have them. But I rarely use the massage function.

Mine claims to have them - they are part of the Premium Pack here in Australia.

I have never tried them.

 

Are you guys able to test the round button and push it down and up?

You feel changing the push?

I'll check next time I'll be in the car.

Unfortunately they have to take out seats and investigate...really doubt if they can do this without messing up the seats....

half year ago when i bought the car - massage was different as you say, it was going up and down front ant back. 
 

now it almost stopped going up and down, and there is some weird air noise during it. 
 

i am thinking to go for a warranty as i use massage often when cruising.. 

 

i thought i was maybe imagining things, but as i saw your post - i undrrstood im not alone 😅

Yesss good to see I am not the only one haha.

Please claim it asap😁. Skoda is now aware of mine.

Will book the car for repair in September.

I did try the massage function a few days ago. I was not impressed. And to be honest, I don't remember how did it work when the car was new. And even if it works the same, it's rubbish. :(

Could you try if with the round button up and down works for you?

You mean to manually adjust lumbar support? Yes, this works.

Aaah yes that was what meant. Mine up and down stopped working partly.

Hey! Answered to you in PM already 😅 but short story for everyone else - i think they did not check it properly and they did not have another RS to compare. I will try to go to different dealer regarding this. Oh and also regarding occasionally flickering dash when its raining outside 🧐

I tried the round button out at last. It worked, controlling the position and extent of the lumbar support.

And my seat massage function works too but I do not find it very helpful.
