Hello, the motors of the front windows of my octavia do not work and I want to change them but in my country I cannot find them, will those of the golf mk4 be compatible? According to etka the part number of the octavia only works for the octavia but physically they look the same except for the color, has anyone tried the golf 4 ones?

are you definitely sure its the motors? if neither window is working, if say theres a good chance its the switches or wiring loom is damaged.

If the problem is the motor, I bought it like this and it goes up and down in short sections, I removed the mat and I found that the cable system is broken, I bought a new one, a new set of buttons but my motor / electronics is missing the motor
