Im looking for a Skoda Fabia estate about 3 years old with ACC 

does ACC change the gears with auto box  itself ?

If I was to service the car myself how can I reset the service warning?

is it possible to retro fit lane assist and would skoda fit it?

ACC will regulate the speed to maintain spacing to vehicle in front, and the DSG gearbox will pick an appropriate gear for speed, but ACC doesn’t directly control the gearbox.

 

You can reset the oil inspection once, using a sequence (other threads have this), but need to plug in a computer to reset fully.

 

Don’t think mk3 Fabia ever had Lane assist (but not totally sure)

If you are already on fixed servicing you can reset both the service and inspection warning without any computers.

I have done this on my Fourth, Fifth and Sixth fixed services.

 

If you are in Variable servicing you can only change it to fixed servicing without any computers.

Service indicator reset
Vehicles with keyless entry system:
Close all the doors
Close the boot/tailgate
Close the bonnet

 

Oil service reset:

Press and hold button (1)
Turn the ignition on
'DELETE OIL CHANGE' appears on the display
Release the button
Select 'Reset oil change interval'
Press and hold button (1)
The system is reset

Inspection service reset:
'DELETE INSPECTION' appears on the display
Press and hold button (1)

 

If necessary:
Turn the ignition off
Repeat the procedure
After turning the ignition off and on again
Press and hold button (1) for 2 seconds
'DELETE OIL CHANGE' appears on the display
Release the button
Page 1 of 2
Press button (1) again
The system is reset
