Hello, does anyone know the difference between lowline and highline? How do I know if the part I'm buying is lowline or highline?

Depends on the part, in most cases the suffix letter is different between low -, mid- and high-line.

Pretty sure that's a maxidot cluster so I imagine it counts as a highline
