Hi Everyone,

 

All other door locks operate OK, however there is a faint clicking from the tailgate lock when pressing the button on the fob. It's stuck in the closed position meaning I cannot get into the boot. What can I do ?

Try pushing the tailgate down at the same time a pressing the button on the fob.

and/or

Try to open the tailgate using the manual method inside the boot.

Thanks for the directing me to the manual method, I see it is described on pp53. I suppose it is a case of "if all fails read the instructions". I'll give it a go tomorrow.
