New here and have tried to find some information regarding this. I am about to buy a Skoda Octavia MK3 2013. It is trim Ambition. It has everything I want except Android auto. So my question is if there is a way of replacing this headunit. 

 

 

I have read about the versions with CD-player in glovebox, but what about this version? Is it replaceable? 

 

Was first about to buy a Rapid 2013 (Not spaceback) and change to RCD330, but after I read alot about the timing chains in 1.2 version I got unsure...

In essence, you need the wiring loom which can be got online and the head unit plus new screen. The Swing unit is just a screen with some basic electronics.
