The coolant in my car is just above the minimum so I bought some G13 to top it up a little. When I came to do it I realised the coolant in the reservoir is pink but the stuff I've bought is purple. I know you shouldn't go off the colour to decide on the type of coolant.

 

Can I still top it up with the purple G13? It does say G13 on the reservoir.

Think you need to dilute it. Concentration will be on the bottle
