Hello, I'm Alessandro, writing from Italy.

After a really good experience of some years with a 2009 Skoda Roomster 1.6 16v Comfort, now my main car is not anymore a Skoda.

But I still own my first car, a lovely 1993 Favorit GLXi inherited from my grandfather about 16 years ago.

She remained closed in a box for the last 12 years and now it's time for her to get back on the road.

Skoda yougtimers are not so popular yet in my country, although the interest is slowly growing, so I hope to find some tips and advices to mantain her as better as possible. 

I post also a couple pics of my ex Roomster..... have to say a tear felt down when she was gone, and still now I think she was the best car I've ever owned!

I drove down to northern Italy the year before last, staying up in the mountains (Madonna di Campiglio), Salo, Bergamo and Lonato del Garda (where my Wife's Granddad was born).  Beautiful part of the world
