MK3 Octavia vRS Eibach Pro-kit springs - centre of wheel to guard measurements required

Hello there

I’m looking at lowering my FL vRS Estate and an Eibach Pro-Kit looks to fit the bill. What I would like to know is how much lower a settled set of Pro-Kit springs actually lower the car. Looking at online photos it appears that the springs lower slightly more than the claimed 20mm front and 10mm rear. I looked into the Sportline version and I think they might be too low for my requirements. 

Can anyone help with front and rear centre of wheel to guard measurements on Pro-Kit springs that have settled to their maximum lowering?
