Aircon and brakes Skoda octavia 2006

Right so my car was sitting for a while and then when I have been driving it for about 2 months again the aircon still isn’t working the dials turns and the temperature gauge changes but no air coming out but the air does feel cold if I put my hand right on the vent. I have searched and it could be just a blocked and dirty cabin filter under the glove box as the car was sitting for at least 8 months. Is this accurate compared to a full regas. Also don’t they change the cabin filter in a full service as I am about to have one soon. Lastly my breaks the abs brake light and esc light is on. The brake disc light also comes on this started happening before I stopped driving the car which I believe to be just changing the pads or faulty Skoda sensors. But these are the codes that came up.
