Featured Replies

Hi  having excessive hi idling issuse every few day, can come right and be back 1-2 days later again. Stop/start won't engage.

What's anyone's thoughts?

@Bob3

Welcome,  & sorry you post has been overlooked.  A mod will move it to the Superb Section.

My thoughts are is that the car needs to do a regen.

Cool! On the topic above, I do long trips every week, I did replace 645 fan relay as fan could come on even when cold. But still over idling way too often.

High idle and no start/stop is an ageing/failing battery isn't it?

What do you call a long run?

My mate does 6m each way to work and then 15 at the weekend to see his mum - whilst that's a longER run it is not long!

HI, I do 25m each way to work every day, I at least do one 2hr motorway tripe each week also, so def no sort trips. So random can do when car is well heated up.
