I have just bought an 08 Fabia 3 and wish to upgrade the basic radio currently fitted.

I would like a unit that includes a sat-nav and cd radio, other features like Bluetooth and Mp3 connectivity would be nice but aren't really that important.

What recommendations do you have for me?
