Just back from the Ring - - - - Rain, followed by rain and then some rain on top.

Brauhaus in Adenau was good though.

Nice to see you back Lance, I would not fancy the Ring in the wet on my bike!

One very unfortunate German on a 'Busa' had a very very serious accident in the dry at Aremberg (I believe). He'd crashed and was out for the count, a mate of mine stopped to slow the traffic as the bloke was lying in the road.....but a car came round and dragged the poor bloke a hundred yards up the track, under the front wheels. Took 4 of them to lift the car off the bloke. Not sure of the outcome, however the police got a statement off my mate and said it didn't look good.

Very tragic, but fairly common at the Ring for both cars and bikes. Lets hope he makes it!

On a lighter note there was some very trick stuff at the Ring, including the usual Lambos, Ferraris, Porsches (inc Carrera GT in yellow). The Skylines were great to watch at Brieschied (not sure about my spelling), drifting through the corner. in the wet.
