Quite agree with the article and the comments following it!  What's wrong with a knob to adjust the temperature that I can feel and move without looking at it?!

whats wrong with pressing a button on the steering wheel and saying “I’m a bit cold”?

 

but then, I prefer a knob to adjust too - and not all Octy4 have voice control…

English is not everyones native language, I am Greek and the voice control in my language is very very bad.I would prefer some knobs as well

English IS my first language* and quite frankly the voice recognition is pants. It can't even cope with my wife and she's much "posher" than me.

 

*or some rough approximation of English

I won't state my thoughts or opinions on being Scottish and trying to use voice recognition, but I'll leave you this link from Burnistoun.
