I have a 2020 Karoq SE Technology and found a problem with the rain sensing wiper function. Works perfectly when you spray the area of the sensor but in real rain it does not cut in reliably. As a result I have changed the wiper option setting to the manual option. The problem is that with the option set to manual and ''Intermittent'' selected the wipers run all the time.

Does anyone else have the same problem or know of a fix

The first notch up is the auto wiper setting and the sensitivity is adjusted using the dial on top or the stalk. 
Looks like you’ve selected the next notch up which is manual constant, and the next one up is constant fast speed wipers.

Thanks for the suggestion but definitely set on the on the first notch and regardless of where the dial on the top of the stalk is the wipers still run permanently, at the same speed as if they were set to the second notch. The dealer has changed to switch but the problem still exists.
