Anyone know how one can get rid of this ? -- intermittently my screen on start up has LOADING USER PROFILE which then stops you using the screen at all and basically I cannot remove it lest I stop the car, turn off the engine and lock the car up. 

I Have no intest really in using the info system much except for radio and phone -- I sort of think it must be something to do with the skoda software that came with the car
