H&R Lowering Springs

I have 2021 Octavia TDI DSG with adaptive dampers. 

I am looking into fitting the H&R lowering springs on the car and 6mm wheel spacers, because I like the look of it lowered and think it will preform better on the road. 

So my question is has anyone fitted lowering springs on non RS Octavia NX with twist beam suspension ?

If they did is it harsher ride on bumpy roads then OEM(I think it can't be worse, because OEM is pretty terrible), does adaptive damping helps(on OEM springs it only helps a little in Comfort mode), how car preforms on twisty road ? 

Car is also fitted with OEM 18" Perseus wheels and "sport suspension", so we can say it is already a little bit lowered then standard.
