My door srips are peeling off and look terrible, I think they are fixed with double sided tape?

Any recommendations?

3M VHB 5952 tape 1.1mm thick or if you need a thinner version VHB 5925 0.6mm thick, available in various widths.

Hope it helps

@TruckbusUK That's great, many thanks

Having the same problem with the strips round the rear wheel arches - one already lost and had to be replaced and found the other hanging on by a thread a couple of days ago. Thanks Truckbus for the info.

Don't forget to wipe down the joining surfaces with IPA to get rid of any grease or other contaminates, if you can press the tape with a roller or similar, alt a dry cloth and press hard before making the joint. 3M web site has installation criteria and tip/hints for use.

IPA = India Pale Ale, never knew it had deep cleaning properties!

depends how much you use!!!   ;-))

Also, I used gutter sealant in the track to try to ensure the wheel arch trim did not come loose, I also removed the other side and gave the same treatment, that was about 2 yrs ago still rock solid!!
