Our company had decided to go down the PHEV route for our new company cars so I have selected the vRS iV Estate in Moon White Metallic. Reading of all the delays, who knows when it will actually be available. 

 

Having read the reviews, I am aware that the vRS iV does not get the same 15mm drop in ride height as the standard vRS, but does the iV receive any other 'unique' chassis parts such as dampers or geometry settings? Or is the car just standard but with vRS bumpers?

 

AFAIK, it still has sport suspension, just not lowered due to battery safety. Should also come with independent rear suspension and not a torsion bar.

Yeah its stiffer than basic ones. Also i believe i tgets the progressive steering, which i think normal iV's don't have.

Suspension is just by what i've tested.

Not convinced here.

 

Main dealer told me straight the Sportline and RS iV only difference is the remap.
