Anyone else find their Lumbar controller leaver falls out of the seat easily?

Happened on the passenger side of my Karoq. I put it back a couple of times but eventually got my dealer to do it at a service. Been secure ever since. I have no idea what they did.

Mine came off yesterday and car only a month old. Pushed back on again OK but if others experiencing same issue sounds like a possibe design fault?

As per above whatever the dealer did two and a half years ago fixed the problem. No issues since.
