Car has been at dealership 3 weeks now.. no fix

Featured Replies

So my mk4 was towed to Gillingham skoda by skoda assist. In limp mode. After inspection they informed me that they jad found a burnt out abs / ebs / airbag module. Told me they are unable to get the parts from factory. So I've now had a 1.6 non turbo hyundai tucson from enterprise rental for 3 weeks and I've had enough of it now. Drinks so much fuel. Compared to my 2.0tdi. Where do I stand

In which case you have a Sale of Goods Act case here, but against the company supplying the PCP, rather than automatically against the servicing Main Stealer. (they may or may not be the same; that will be covered in your PCP contract)
