After years of diesel(gate) VW Golf, I'm a bit confused on how to refuel the 1.5 TSI: E10, E5-95, E5-98...E85?

I'm using E10 and have noticed no difference at all.

@plutus  What country are you in?     The fuel your car can use is inside the Full Filler Flap. 

 

In the UK the Petrol will be 95 ron Unleaded so now that is E10.  (Up to 10% bio in it.)

 

Or,

Super Unleaded E5,  so 97 or 99 Ron depending on from whoever.

 

  (Up to 5% Bio in it, maybe no Bio / Ethanol in some areas of the UK.)
