Sat nav, Bluetooth and apple play problem

Featured Replies

I’ve got a 2017 superb and this morning my screen froze I turn the car off and back on after that when I press nav it says no sat nav data telephone via Bluetooth says unavailable and the smart link says I need to activate using a dealer authorisation literally the only thing that works is the radio. You be looked for a software update and only one available is for the maps which I assume wouldn’t fix the other problems

No not yet I’ve exhausted all I can do I’m getting it booked into a Skoda dealer and hope for the best

I did everything.  I disconnected the battery.  I reset it.  It did not happen.  But I think it will if I install the latest software
