I am trying to source a replacement bonnet for my 2017 Skoda Octavia Se L Tsi 1.4, TS110/1.4M6F Estate. Ive located one from a 2020 Octavia Mk3 1.6 Diesel Saloon. Would anyone be able to confirm if this bonnet would be a suitable replacement as the compatibility checker reckons it isn't but looking at it the shape looks identical and im not sure if it thinks because mine is a 2017 model its not the facelift version.

I’d say you need a bonnet off a pre facelift Octavia. 

I believe the pre-FL uses 5E0823031 and the facelift uses 5E0823031A or 5E0823031B - but you should double check
