Hi can anyone shed some light on my problem.My rear passenger door will not open from the inside i have turned the child lock on and off a few times but still wont open,opens from outside ok ?

Has the cable for the pull release handle snapped or disconnected?

 

You'll have to take the door card off for that. See the video below for tips on doing the job.

Is the switch for the interior handle lock still connected? Check this as well if you need to remove the inner door skin or @AnnoyingPentium is wrong about the interior handle.
