Help And Advice Please--fab Vrs

Featured Replies

I own an 04 Fab Vrs and am looking to update to an 06 model. On test drive the 06 car judderred in as you drove along on a steady throttle, when you accelerated it first hesitated then went !!

Snagged it on rtn to Garage, they phoned me to state --no fault found with the car !! ( their techy thought the 06 models had different G'boxes and this could account for the judder!!!!!!!!!)

Any ideas/advice greatfully appreciated

06 plate--1200 miles from new

The judder is a known '06 trait and there's a thread with people who are experiencing it. Apparently it's caused by a change to the map in line with new emissions regulations and Skoda are allegedly working on a fix..... from what I've read it sounds like it could be quite annoying :D
