New clutch and flywheel.

2015 MK3 Octavia 2lTDI - 200bhp.80k.

I've haf vibrations through the car for around 8 months from 75 to 80mph. Had balancing checked, all clear.  Sort of put up it not knowing the cause. Clutch biting point is very high and started to slip on an hill start few nights back. Also had clutch pedal stick on depress of pedal a few times. 

Looking now to get a clutch and flywheel replacement, Firstly has anyone opted for a single mass flywheel and can give some feedback? If not and only option is a DMF what sort of price? 

Only other question, should I use this opportunity to get the rear crank seal replaced too?
