Hello,

 

I have a skoda octavia scout mk3 2016, when you press the drive mode button you select which mode on Head unit screen you have options of ECO, Normal, Sport, Custom, OFFROAD.

 

is the a way to change that have just only one option which is OFFROAD so either normal not illuminated switch or press and just select OFFROAD mode only  and illuminated the switch???

That stuff is all controlled by the CAN gateway dataset and installed FeC's. I expect a 2016 might be too old for the current research though: https://github.com/jilleb/MQB-FPA
