Featured Replies

Got a spankin new black Fabia VRS and so far all my worries about a stutter or shudders are gone. Really impressed and hope it continues, I just want to over take everyone which is a bad thing but it will give me something to look forward to before and after work. anyway just thought i'd say buy one if your thinking about it, took a mate out and he was well impressed with the power surges and converted his delusional opinion of skodas and diesels! had an mx5 before this, miss its handling but its no match for fun and acceleration from the fabia.:D

One question, our skoda dealer offered us GAP insurance, it makes sure for 3 years if you claim off insurance they will pay the difference to the full value of car. Got 30 days to decide if its worth it for

a mate of mine had the gap insurance on his

One question' date=' our skoda dealer offered us GAP insurance, it makes sure for 3 years if you claim off insurance they will pay the difference to the full value of car. Got 30 days to decide if its worth it for £345ish? Anyway could just skip that and buy a nice shiny new head unit instead..

We went for the GAP insurance on our Furby vRS....... was 295 quid i think we also have it on the CTR and we had it on the IS200 we had before the civic...... We reckon it's worth it....... just think what you'd get back from the insurance company if your vRS gets written off a month or two after the new Furby comes out in a couple of years......... It really would make a big differance in a situation like that.

P.S.

Enjoy the car...... Ours is just coming up to 3 weeks old and is brilliant!!!!!

Cheers

Dave.

Google for Gap insurance, I found it for more like £170. Remember that the dealers will take their slice of comission if you get it from them....

A work colleague got GAP insurance for when he bought a 1 yr old car.

He did it through the internet and got it for less than 1/2 what the dealer wanted.

It's worth getting but not from the dealer. They charge double the price and bulk of it is their cut.

Plenty of companies on Google who supply it...

sorry to say lads but I got G.A.P from my dealer and it only was

Oh, dangleberries are not as good as danglies.

Just go to viz.co.uk , select the profanisaurus, and do an online search for the word 'tagnut'

Then, an hour later, go to the pub and astound your friends with a whole new level of rudeness.
