Skoda Fabia 2017 Monte Carlo - Scroll Wheel Fault (Steering Wheel Controls)

the scroll wheel on my 2017 fabia on the right hand side of the steering wheel which browses up and down through the driving data etc. has become defective, you have to keep spinning it to get it to work, the other side's control, the radio part for volume is fine, anyone else has this issue?

Yes,my 2016 Fabia had this and it was changed under warranty.

I’ve got the same with my 67 plate Fabia. Been told easy to change and can be picked up on ebay

It is really easy to replace the buttons. 

 

1. Disconnect battery 

2. unclip airbag 

3. remove airbag

4. unplug buttons

5. remove and replace

 

reverse to refit.
