I'm bl**dy furious!! Skoda UK have just contacted me to say that yesterday I was 'apparently misinformed' by their Customer Service Rep. (Jolene) of the 'fix' for the stutter. Instead the Czech factory have merely acknowledged that the fault exists (apparently, with all the info we've sent them via our Dealers, they've managed to re-create the fault for themselves)!! They will now try to work on a solution, be it a software, or part fix. There is however, no guarantee of this!!!

Although, Skoda were very apologetic, I think that it is appalling that misinformation such as this can be given out by ill-informed staff and I have told them as much!!! (not that they'll take any notice)

Mine was fixed two weeks ago, by a Revo remap.

I used to get it every day. Since the remap was done, I think I may have felt it once, not certain though. Let's say a 99% cure and lots more power and torque .

Which will invalidate your warrenty...........not the best answer to the problem

I was hoping mine might be fixed by the Amd One Click I got on the Group Buy, but it was not to be :thumbdwn:

I was going to get a remap anyway so it's a pretty good answer for me .

I was going to get a One Click, but they were out of stock and being the impatient type I went with Revo as a second choice. Having got the Revo, I'm delighted with it and the stutter fix is the icing on the cake.

Suncat, if there is currently no fix and you have given Skoda the chance to repair the car you are well within your rights to reject the car.

........or fit a remap, and retain your warranty. Let's see that one go to court!
