Hi, my 2015 170hp dsg Yeti has a developed a rattle on the dmf ( 53k ). Would you replace just the dmf or would you replace the clutch as well whilst the gearbox is out? The noise has only started this week.

Would you or a service centre be replacing both clutches?

 

Urrell, thats what i would like to know. Is there a need to replace the clutch if its only the dmf that is noisy?

 

I would not know as it's on a DSG, the clutches are totally different to a normal clutch and DMF.
I would have a word with someone who specialises in DSGs, not a Skoda workshop.
