Hi All

Im trying to fit polo 6r seats into my sons mk2 Monte Carlo. Has anybody done this? The bench bases seam to fit but the backs seem to have a different fitting. Some advise would be greatly appreciated.

They won't fit properly, the bodyshells are different shapes and sizes, as you've discovered the floorpans are the same but the rest of the body is completely different.

Maybe worth selling what you have & looking for Audi TT mk1 seats like  @TrevorB33 fitted in his Citigo.

You won't get 6R seats in a Fabia properly due to the fact they're on a newer VAG platform. 9Ns should fit since you can fit Mk1 Fabia seats in a Mk2 AFAIK, since they're all on a common platform.
