Hello all,

 

I'm looking to swap out the engine in a fabia. The engine code is BKY and its an auto.

 

According to Wikipedia there is a lot of engine codes that are associated with the 1.4 16V (AHW, AXP, AKQ, APE, AUA, BCA, BBY, BKY)

 

Whats my best option if i cant find like for like, and what extra work/ parts does this require?

 

Any help of advice is much appreciated!

A BBY should work just fine if you swap all the sensors and ancillaries over.
