Hello, I found something yesterday and I can't find any info on the internet.
So I have seen the felicia ambulance:

But I didn't know about these pickups. There are only two cars that I found:

So my question is does anyone know something about it? Like did it come out of the factory like that or it is a different company?

So they were produced by Laureta together with the long felicia pickup

Lauretas were based on Felicia. Favorits could've been custom mods or prototypes, they mention that Skoda tried longer variant of the pickup, but it didn't fit painting box on the assembly line. There's also one prototype built by Skoda factory, with longer wheelbase.
