Searched everywhere, where do I get the proper screws and clips for the tray....and possibly the tray also

Are Skoda Perth not able to get them in? 

I just bought a big bag of the right size panhead screws and another one of speed fasteners off ebay ages ago. If you search for VW undertray screws, you'll get something the right size.

They are as good as a plastic fireguard, they did get them for me but they were threaded bolts....so I never took them,

They will be there for someone else then and for the next customer they can maybe get the right ones.

All the years they were at Burrelton and now in Perth and they never seem to get the hang of Skoda's and parts.

Nice people but really short on Skoda knowledge, even trying to buy a skoda from them is a challenge

Those are the ones that secure the undertray to the cross member behind the transmission, they often shear off.
