Does anyone know if the newer centre caps still go horrible in a short period of time?

 

I see the part number has changed and wondering if they’re better now?

 

If not I may as well buy rip offs

No idea but good copies can be found on Ali express that are equal to if not better than the originals.  Keep in mind if you're using an acidic wheel cleaner they will be destroyed in no time either way, Ph neutral cleaner and they last ages.
