Issues with Skoda Milton Keynes

Featured Replies

Collected 22 plate Kamiq on 31.3.22. On 27.3.22 had to have it recovered to Skoda Milton Keynes as EPC & engine management light on and in limp mode.
They had the car until 7th May saying it was a faulty sensor on cylinder 1. Swapped it and could find no other issues.
3 days later same issue told can you not go to Bedford Skoda instead, well no. Same fault again, once in possession of loan car, asked to see finance manger. Explaining the issues, and wished to reject the vehicle as faulty. As they failed first time to fix but chose to allow them a chance rather than reject as under 30days.
Emailed sales person explaining issue and how I want to resolve it, and now day 4 and no contact still from them.

anyone have issues with Skoda Milton Keynes

They have 3 attempts to fix then you can reject. You are out of your 30 days to hand the car back its 30 days from collection

I assume the dates in first post are wrong and that it failed and was recovered in April.  You are in a stronger position if the fault was within first 30 days and is still not resolved.

However if the dealership has refused to come back to you within 4 days, then that is despicable, and I have no problem naming and shaming them.
