Columbus Sat Nav sub menu - maybe?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to access info about the Columbus sat nav / gps system on a 2022 Superb, specifically how many satellites are locked in?

Mine is playing up, it gets out of its comfort zone whenever I come to a busy / complicated junction , will often go 'off road' - despite the vehicle being on the only road for miles - but even more frustrating is its tendency to pick a random part of the country (or sea) and go hunting for a road to lock onto for a few moments. This randomness can last for 1 or 2 miles up to 50 when it will suddenly snap out of it and behave relatively normal.

I'm reluctant to take it in inasmuch as I can't be sure it'll mis-behave on cue.

I'm not sure if it's the same but on the superb ii the shark fin is prone to failure for the gps antenna. A cheap £5 ish ebay fakra gps puck is the quick, cheap, easy fix.

I'm sure someone with specific knowledge of the sup 3 will confirm if the same
