Will 2260 turbo be ok on stock fabia vrs map?

Hello all recently got me a vrs love the car but want more power 

Have large fmic but just got a 2260 modified to run on fabia with full miltek system 

My question is as above 

Will it be ok to run on standard map 

Think I've read a post from fabooka in the past saying it is fine to do so but can he or anyone else verify and tell me if any power increase will be had
