Hello, I have a Skoda Octavia mk2 (Same in this video), and I am trying to Enable lock/unlock horn confirmation.

 

I have followed these steps: 

 

 

But, sadly no success (No sound). Any idea about how to fix it?

 

Note: I have the same BCM.

Id reckon the alarm siren is gone faulty. Same thing happened mine. No chirps when i press the button on keyfob and no alarm siren when i set the alarm off. Just started looking into fixes. They range from pulling the module apart and trying to change a battery, to getting a new module from skoda. Over €250

But in this video there is no alarm siren, it's the main horn.

Also, I have no Errors/Faults about Alarm horn/Siren, even when I the anti theft system works after locking the car which keeps flashing only without sound and without any errors.

I still havnt got around to doing anything. Few tings have happened since tho. Went through a few weeks of alarm going off randomly and now my door locks randomly aswell. I could be driving along and I can hear door lock solenoid clicking every few mins. Hopefully In a few weeks it will sort itself as I can't be bothered spending a few 100 to replace.haha

 

I am so sorry to hear that, but I hope you to solve this problem if you have taken the original code you can put it again in VCDS to avoid the wrong coding
