Bloody amateurs. Those definitely can be smart repaired, so find a reputable wheel doc with good reviews and send the pics across to them.

    Just to circle back round to this, the dealer has said their mechanics have said it's fine, and won't affect the (manufacturer) warranty. Seems odd, but hopefully all will be fine.
