My 2017 Yeti's Amundsen keeps freezing and won't reset until one or two times (or more) of switching the engine off and on again and it's getting worse.

Any fixes or recommendations for a new unit, assuming it is possible to replace it with a Pioneer/Panasonic/Kenwood etc etc?

 

Try removing the battery lead for a minute to force it to reboot.
There will be a few lights up on the dash that will disappear after driving a couple of hundred yards and you'll need to reset the clock.
