POI camera question

After coming back to Skoda with a Karoq after a few years with another brand I have a question regarding the speed camera downloads for my Amundsen head unit.

I have downloaded the data base and loaded it into the head unit and now find that there are 200 entries for red light cameras but seem th be none for other types of camera. Do I have to download the whole 200 entries which seem to have a  different distance for each one . Any guidance welcome as I don't remember it being like this when I did it for the Octavia that I had.
