Service (wash the car) Mode.

Featured Replies

Gave the Karoq first proper wash and had to google how to put the wipers into "service mode" so I could lift them and clean properly.

But is there a general service mode for the KESSY? The doors kept locking and unlocking as a passed or touched each opening so the mirrors kept extending and tucking in...

LOL, literally just thought as I typed this, why did I keep the keybob in my pocket.

It doesn't mention anything specific for Kessy

"The front flap must be closed"

Perhaps I'm having another senior moment but what exactly are they referring to  - front flap?

What is that under I couldn't find the wipers service mode in the handbook, looking in the index under wipers.

That is a snippet from the Maintenance document for your car.

You can buy all the supporting documents from erWin, repairs/maintenance/wiring diagrams.

Handy purchase if you plan to keep the car for a few years, and not that expensive for 1hr access.

Page 290 of the manual version that I downloaded years ago ...
