Vacuum valve block Fabia Tdi Rs

Featured Replies

Hello guys, I wanted to ask for your cooperation. On the vacuum valve block of my Fabia Rs Tdi I measured the resistance of pins 3-5.The resistance measures 16.5 Ohm but, from the workshop manual, it appears that the value should be more Since I have a strange defect not always present (identified in diagnostic with P1592), it could be the n75 in the valve block that is faulty but I don't have a new block that I can measure to understand if the measured resistance is actually wrong. of you has the possibility to measure this resistance on the valve block?IMG_20220808_185220.thumb.jpg.35dcabe5bc21e64f0f4dfb2f8bf53015.jpg

May be worth measuring the resistance of the other two solenoids while you're waiting, if you haven't already.  This to test that your meter is reading reasonably, and also to guard against an error in the workshop manual whereby they've swapped a couple of numbers/ranges. Pins 1-2 (N239)  and 4-6 (N18). Guess you have the suggested ranges for those already in the manual?

Yes, I've already checked. N18 EGR 16.5Ohm (14-20 Ohm on manual) value within limits. N239 flap 31.3Ohm (25-45 Ohm on the manual) value within the limits. N75 16.5Ohm (25-45 Ohm on the manual) value below the limits. I have noticed that often the n75 sometimes does not immediately discharge the pressure as it should, and this I think is another possible symptom of a faulty n75. do you think?

Has anyone ever had a problem with the vacuum valve block on the Rs?
