I have one question. Can someone explain me what should be attached to those four holes here?

 

I image there should be some kind of net or band to keep what is inside that area in place, but I cannot find it? Where can I buy it?

Looks like this don't know what it's called though should be a part number somewhere 

This should be the part number 5J6867145A 47H (Colour Onyx), but best check with dealer for exact fitment.

It's really cheap part, grab number and google for your own local Country results.

You could also visit dealer it's that cheap.

Be warned you need the little clips that go into the trim panel too

Skoda dealer can probably source them still
